Character Fit is founded on the principle of using physical fitness to help build character. We believe that mental toughness, discipline, humor, and community are the four pillars to building character through fitness. Becoming stronger is just a natural byproduct.
We have a heavy focus on body positivity. You will never hear one of our trainers "motivate" by saying the cliches, "prepare for bikini season" or "build those six-pack abs." We believe that all shapes and sizes are already perfect, and something to be proud of.
